Phoenix, Arizona (BarutiwaDaily.com) - An SR22 single engine airplane registered to Magneto Investments crashed this morning near an airport in Phoenix, Arizona. Air traffic control at the Deer Valley Airport said the small aircraft was trying to land on runway 7L when the engine started smoking. The cause of the plane crash is unknown and investigations are ongoing. The pilot was reported dead at the scene. This is the third airplane crash in the Phoenix area this year according to The Federal Aviation Administration.
