Name: The Divine Twins, Hogosha and Higosha (Guardian and Protector)
Type: Dai Katana and Wakizashi
Material: Multi-folded refined steel
Description: Hogosha is a five foot long two handed sword akin to a katana. It has a long grip that is bound with strips of dark brown leather, the rectangular handguard is covered in green cloth and the pommel is an irregular conical shape, with the steel revealed. Higosha is a smaller katana-like sword, only three and one fourth feet long. It is Hogosha's smaller twin and can be effectively used with one or two hands.
Abilities: Upon the swords' completion, Miaru bragged that, when combined with Taru's conviction, the swords would be able to "Rend the earth and split the sky in two." That claim is actually believable to anyone who has used the swords. Because of the superior craftsmanship of the weapons, they are nearly indestructable and hold a sharper than razor edge through the most brutal beatings. This edge can slice through lesser weapons with ease, even boulders and stones can be hemmed in two by a slash from either sword.
Creator: Lifetime swordmaster Miaru Kagete, and his apprentice Taro Kagete.
